Thanks to commercial lighting, life goes on after the sun goes down... and since i'm a chronic insomniac, it's nice to be able to go out at night and drive beneath streetlights or play tennis at 8pm on a cool winter's eve.

I can even go play a round of golf at night beneath metal halide lights.

There's nothing that I love more than checking out new golf equipment. Nowadays, to make things even more fun, reputable golf equipment retailers will have practice driving rooms and expansive putting greens, so I can actually use the clubs before i buy them (which is usually on impulse! :-)

In my opinion, grow lights are fantastic technology. They can almost perfectly simulate sunlight... with all the necessary UV rays, light spectrum, and timers to simulate the sunrise and sunset. Because of this technology, having a garden doesn't have to mean having a nice plot of land. Even if you're stuck with an apartment, you can still have a garden if you've got grow light systems doing the suns work!
